If you are in fact looking for a corporate bond, I would suggest doing an internet search or try to contact an agency within your state.
Keep in mind, people COULD be referring to a "corporate surety bond", which is different than a "corporate investment bond" that raises capital. When people refer to simply a "corporate bond", they are usually referring to the latter, but it is always best to clarify.
