    Obligation

    When applying for bond... at what point of the process am I obligated to getting the bond? I just want to make sure before accepting a quote.

    Once the bond is actually issued, it's yours. Be aware that premiums are generally fully earned upon issuance of a bond. Signing agreements and sending money doesn't fully obligate you until the bond is issued.
