I have been advised, by the NJ State Police, that I need to secure a surety bond for my Private detective license. What type of bond do I need. It has to be for $3,000. I realize your threshold is $10,000 but any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you need a Private Detective License Bond. his would fall under a license/miscellaneous bond. Our minimum bond amount is $10,000, so your best bet would be to try to contact a local insurance agency within the state of New Jersey. They should be able to further assist you.
