Default Credit Repair Bond

Hello,
I was wondering if you could shed some light on my current situation.
I am in need of a credit repair bond - we are a non-profit organization, and the officers are willing to sign an indemnity agreement and have their personal credit pulled.
However, we are in the midst of a law suit filed with FTC and we are very close to reaching a settlement. We have a bond placed with another surety company, but they do not wish to renew our bond. Is this something you can help us with? Will the law suit stop us from being able to obtain a bond?

It might. This is a difficult question to answer without knowing the specifics and who's requiring the bond of you. Best to call your bond representative to talk about your options. It would also be helpful to know why the other surety company is not renewing your bond
