Erisa bonds are required by the Federal Government for any established financial plan a company may have. The Erisa bond must be at least 10% of the company's financial plan assets. Since this bond is federally mandated we can write Erisa bonds nationwide, regardless of what state your business resides. Your credit will not affect the rate for an Erisa bond; we can write this bond for clients with good or bad credit. If you would like to apply, please call our office to discuss your erisa coverage.
