    Spousal Indemnity

    My husband and I are legally separated right now... will he still be required to indemnify?

    Legally Separated

    If you can provide documentation that you and your spouse are legally separated and no longer have joint ownership of anything - the surety should not have a problem with your request to not include your spouse on the indemnity agreement.
