License & Permit Bond for multiple years

You can certainly get a license and permit bond for multiple years - generally sureties will go up to 3 years. There are some bonds that will have a required expiration date so that may come into play when you are requesting multiple years. It's best to check with the obligee and/or the surety.

Does it cost less if you can get a multiple year bond?

    Reduced Premium

It depends on the surety - but most of the time they will give a slight reduction for multiple years. High Risk applicants may be another story as I don't think the approving high risk sureties will offer a reduction for multiple years.
