DC $100k Police Dept - Security Agency

I need a $100k DC Bond for the Metropolitan Police Deptartment for a Security Agency but the bond form doesn't include a cancellation clause OR aggregate liability in the bond language - any ideas of how I can get this bond?

I am unaware of any markets that will write this bond for you. What I recommend is asking the obligee for help with suggestions for a company that has written these bonds in the past. Hopefully they can look at past bond forms they have accepted and give you the name of a Surety Company that has written it.

I had one of these written a few months ago, but the owner didn't want to sign personal indemnity. I told him I would not provide if he wasn't willing to sign.

In your case, would the principal be willing to provide some amount of collateral? Also, are the guards armed?
