Default MD Pharmaceutical Bond

We are looking to get a $100k Maryland Pharmaceutical Bond for our company that is publicly owned. There is no one to personally indemnify for this - can this be done?

This may be able to be done. It is up to an individual Surety Company. They have written bonds before with the Indemnity of the Corporation. Typically the President or CEO of the company would sign on behalf of the company. Also if there is a majority shareholder that person may be able to sign as well. I suggest you speak with someone in our office to discuss the possibilities of writing this bond.
