Default Bingo Bond
We are trying to get a Texas Continuous Bond for Bingo Prize Fees and are getting extremely high quotes and/or declinations due to the bond language. I don't understand this because we used to have several of these bonds and there was never a problem. Can you tell me why there is a problem obtaining these bonds now?
