Default Right of Way in the City of Belton, MO

The city where I live is asking for a $5000 bond to work in the right of way in our subdivision. They said they want to make sure that the work is done properly and that they are covered if it has to be redone. I was wondering if you knew about this type of bond or if there was another name for it. And if so do you guys have something like that? and How long do it usually take to get. Thank you for your time!

David -

Sorry for the delay in responding to your question. Yes - we absolutely write this type of bond. It falls under the category of Site Improvement which is sometimes called Subdivision. I have provided a link below on our website that will give you the required applications and tell you what we need to get an approval. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call our office.
