Default Bonding for an LLC?
My partner and I have just formed a state licensed LLC, does a limited liability company need to be bonded as well?

Does your state require you to have a bond to be licensed in your field? If so, then yes. It really wouldn't make a difference if you were a Corp or an LLC - if the state requires it... then you need it.
