Why is it that you cannot handle lost title bonds? Are there companies out there who can?

I'm an underwriter with another company and know this question has been addressed by JW Bond Consultants previously. The bonds needed for lost/missing titles are written by local bonding agents who are familiar with the details required by the states' department of motor vehicles - check your local yellow pages.
