    Waste Mgmt

I need a 10,000 Permit bond for Hollywood, FL for a waste management service. The Township does not have a bond form per say so I provided them with a generic license/permit bond form. They will accept the bond form - BUT anywhere it says License, they want it to read PERMIT. Can this be done? Please advise as I need this very soon. Thanks!

It's quite possible, yes. While we really prefer not making modifications to bond language, if it's a simple change we can get it approved by Surety and if they say OK - and the Township accepts it - you're good to go.

Is the Township contracting you to do waste management services or are they simply requiring you to be licensed? This will make a difference.
