Absolutely! You will not be able to get a bond. (At least not on any kind of a standard program and probably not even on a high risk program.)

Sorry - I thought you were asking about a public official bond - which can not be obtained with a felony. For a public adjuster license bond it shouldn't be a problem.

Depending upon the nature of your conviction, it's possible you'll be unable to obtain a license as a public adjuster - be sure to check your specific state's licensing requirements.
