Default Child Support Dispute

I need a bond, but currently my credit report is showing that I have past due child support. I don't have a Child Suport Order, so I'm in the process of working with a lawyer to dispute this with the credit bureau. Who knows how long this process will actually take and I need a license bond right away. Would a letter from my lawyer explaining the situation help in getting approved for a bond?

A letter from your attorney is a good place to start. It would also be a good idea to go to the court where you supposedly owe the child support and see if they will give you something indicating that you don't owe anything and that it's an error. Either of these items should help to allow us to get you a quote.
