    Pulling Spouse Credit

    Will you pull my spouse's credit when I apply for a bond, since she needs to sign the Indemnity Agreement as well?

    You are correct in that your spouse will need to sign the indemnity agreement. Commercial bonds generally don't require a credit pull for a spouse. The only kind of bond that I know for sure spousal credit is pulled is for is contract bonds.
