    Lien Bonds

    Can you issue Mechanic Lien Bonds? I have been told they are hard to place. What makes them so hard to find?

    Lien Bonds are hard to place because of the collateral requirements. Because this type of bond guarantees that the lien will be satisfied, full collateral for the amount of the lien is almost always required.
