Reject License?

I am applying for a bond, and I will be sending the original bond in with my license. What if, for some reason, the state rejects my license/paperwork? Will I get a refund?

In most cases no - there will be no refund - since the first years premium is fully earned. There are some rare instances when it's possible, but only when the original bond can be returned to Surety with no indication that the State accepted it. Word of caution - this RARELY happens and it's up to the Surety totally whether or not they want to do any refund.
