    Security Guard bond.

According to the State of Pennsylvania, a $10,000 surety bond is required in order to obtain license to provide services. Now, truth be told, I have aweful credit, a discharged bankruptcy and lost my house in Texas. Could I still be approved for such bond? Would my wife have to sign? She woulden't be too keen on signing the bond with me, as she runs her own business. I understand the bond would cost approximately $1500 to get?

You could definitely be approved for that bond. We specialize in getting bonds for people with less than perfect credit. We have strong relationships with Surety Companies that will work with you. Your wife will have to sign the agreement as well because Bonding Companies have little other than what is on paper in order to decide whether a company is a good risk or not. If a spouse is not comfortable that you will not trigger a claim, then why should the bonding company, whom you are a complete stranger to?
