Is this an ICC Bond?

We are presently expanding our business with Surface Deployment & Distribution Command (SDDC), Virginia. It is required to submit a Continuous perfromance bond for a value of $100,000. We want to know the process for providing such bond and the cost & fees.

This is not an ICC bond (required by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration). It is a bond required by the Department of Defense. You can apply for this bond on our website. Select "ICC" bond under the list of bonds but provide the information for the SDDC as Obligee. The premium can be quoted after an application is received since there are a number of factors involved in determining the cost.
