    Bad Credit = Collateral?

    I have bad credit and need a freight broker bond... will I be required to provide collateral?

    Not necessarily. We try to write these bonds without collateral. It really depends upon how bad your credit is. You may want to consider the BMC-85 which is the Trust Fund directly with FMCSA. We don't handle that program, but have names of companies who do.
