This company that I am looking for has told me that the payment for hauling has been sent out. Everytime I contact them they tell me they mailed the payment last week. This has been going on since Dec 5,2007. They tell me that the mail is always slow in that town. It has been 3 weeks now since they told me they last sent it. how do I get My Money?

You can find out what Surety company writes their bond by going to the FMCSA website.
