    Employee Dishonesty - not required

    I don't know much about surety bonds, but I do know that Employee Dishonesty Bonds are not required by the state, so how do I know if I need one?

    A fidelity bond is a bond, but not a surety bond. The two are seperate products. Fidelity bonds are a type of insurance and not required. Therefore, it is up to you if you would like to purchase it.
