    Fidelity Bond - Conviction of Employee

    How does the fidelity coverage work? Is the criminal conviction of the defaulting employee required before the coverage applies?

    It should just be a civil case that would require payment from the bond. However, it is always best to ask your agent the specific terms of payout.
