    Will I be covered?

    I am the owner of a small company. If I obtain an employee dishonesty bond, will it cover me in case an employee steals from my company or is dishonest in any way?

    You are correct, a fidelity bond would insure you from such events. However, they will only pay out if the employee is found guilty by the courts.
