Do I need a Surety Bond?

I will soon be working as an independent contractor for the first time as a caregiver to a wealty lady that is immobile. I will be doing her laundry and running errands for her using her own car. Ocasionally taking her to the doctor. It is 5 hours a week. I have outstanding credit and driving record as wellas a immpecable backround. Do I need a surety bond??
