Fidelity or Erisa Bond?

Hello! We are a non-profit community orginization in Chicago with about $25K in various funds. How much is it to bond the board members (3 or 4) Is this a Fidelity Bond or an Erisa Bond?

This would be a Fidelity Bond. An Erisa Bond protects the plan assets in a Profit Sharing Plan or a 401K Plan.
