How do I get rebonded?

Can someone who lost there bond for stealing be rebonded? If so what are the requirements? Can banks pay extra insurance for that employee? If I could get as much information there is, that would be great. Thank you.

Most of the time Employees with prior dishonest acts are excluded from a crime policy. There would have to be an extreme reason why the Surety company would add the employee back in..
