Depersonalization of homes

I have started a business called Home-staging Divas". I go into vacant and occupied residences and re-arrange furniture, depersonalize belongings, move things around to make the house sell faster. What kind of bond if any do I need? I would be similar to a real estate sgent, accept there is no regulation in this industry. Meaning, no liscence etc. Please advise. Thanks so much!
