i want to start a new title service in the state of missouri, i need a surety bond for 25,000. i am told i have to have liquid assets, my father would like to own the business and i operate it , as i still work for the state of mo. and am not allowed to own a title service bus, and still work in the title dept. of rev. my father has his home paid for and several other properties paid for but he has no savings and ira or cds. he is 73 and does not believe in them or understand them, he is willing to give me money to start the bus. but we need a bond, any help or advice would be great at this time, thank you for your time joyce
