Mortgage Agent Fidelity Bond

Do you offer fidelity bonds for mortgage agents. I am looking to have my agents bonded in case of misappropriated funds or unpaid bills, for example cashing clients checks for an appraisal or application fee and non payment of appraisal bills.

I am sorry we do not write fidelity, however we do write mortgage broker bonds which are required for many state licenses. Depending on the state statutes the bond guarantees (you will have to look up the statutes listed on the bond form) it may or may not be guaranteeing what you are looking for.

ccsmortgage, bond requirements differ from bond type to bond type, as well as from surety to surety. Your best bet is to apply, the quotes are free and only a soft credit report is pulled, which does not effect credit.
