If I am renewing my Wage and Welfare bond, why do I have to submit all of my personal financials and my buisness financials again? I already sent in my check, could I be dropped for my renewal? Is this like reapplying every year, if so how strict are the guidelines for renewal terms?

I have had my wage and welfare bond for a local electric workers union in my city for last five years. Every year that I have renewed the bond I have submitted my financials and have never had any problems because our financials have always shown strong profits. This year however the financials with show a large loss. How will this affect my premium or will I be dropped all together?
