			<description><![CDATA["A federal lawsuit that Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. filed in May against Hisaw lists 11 projects that Liberty Mutual said the contractor could not complete. They include animal shelters in Irving and Plano, a fire station in Plano and elementary school projects in Lewisville. Liberty estimates that it will lose $11 million on the bonds related to those projects, according to the lawsuit."
