I need some type of bond to conduct this buisness but am having a difficult time obtaining it. I have been told from other companies that they won't consider bonding because it is international goods, but I don't clear anything through customs. I just haul the freight from one location to the other. Do I still need a BMC 85 bond if the moves are pretty much self load moves? If not, under what type of license do I register with the FMCSA.

I provide the truck and the driver and the customer does the loading and unloading.

Also, if I were to get a BMC 85 can you assist me with a company telephone number that I can call to get one, regardless of if I need one or not for the self load?
