Default aunt passed no will

I have an question my aunt passed away in nj and I am required to obtain an surety bond. I have tried to get one but due to my credit being bad it is very hard. Is there an company that will help me get an bond with bad credit. I have to pay her bills but can not access her accounts to do so. I have been names as adminstrator (there are no other heirs).
