Default Applying for Guardianship Bond
To apply for a guardianship bond, should I apply myself or do you typically deal only with attorneys?

You will need to apply your self using our Court Bond Applications. Having an attorney available to help with the process and possibly sign for joint control (if needed) is always a plus in the eyes of the bonding company.
