Default Premium?

In regards to an Estate Bond, I have submitted a complete application to you including a signed credit release, the signed general indemnity agreement as well as my personal financials. The only thing that I have yet to include is my court order due to the fact that the courts releases it, not me. I don't understand why this would stall my quote on the premium. I submitted all the financials that you required from me.
