Unhappy Deputy Court Clerk
I am currently being promoted to deputy court clerk and my township wants me to get bonded. I have poor credit due to some medical issues with my husband. Will that prevent me from getting bonded and will i lose my job

Tracy -
I can't respond to whether or not you will lose your job. But I can tell you that it's very difficult to get a public official bond if you have poor credit. Best for you to call our office to speak with the bond specialist who handles the public official bonds to see if we can help you out.
