Do you cover small estate affidavit probate bonds in St. Louis City, Missouri for bad credit applicants? I am looking for a bond for a client with bad credit. The estate has property worth about $30,000. The estate is an old house and less than $3,000 in personal property. Thanks for your help.

With poor personal credit, you will have to have an attorney involved. The attorney will most likely be required to execute a joint control agreement with you. Depending upon your credit, Surety may also require some form of collateral. The best way to determine that is to submit an application and we'll see what can be done for you.
