Default refund of court bonds

In Ct. for court security bonds on any cases to insure the person gets to court...is there a refund on bonds...

Default Refunds on bonds

In almost every instance, the 1st years premium is fully earned, and there is not a refund. However, there are times if it is a mulitple year bond that a premium can be pro-rated back.

I think she's talking about a Bail Bond. Don't think they follow the same rules as typical corporate surety.
