| My grandfather had recently passed away and I've inherited his estate. Since taxes are owed, the court is requiring me to obtain a bond to assure these taxes will be paid. I haven't been able to find a company that writes this kind of bond. First, why is it so hard to get this bond? Second, I'm out of ideas, is there anyone that does these? |

There are not a lot of companies who will write court bonds. We do have access to a company that can write the bond for you. Please visit the following website to submit an application. (JW Surety Bonds - Instant Surety Bond Quotes (Good or Bad Credit)) If your personal credit is not very good, it may be a requirement to have someone (an attorney) execute a joint control agreement to oversee the estate with you. |
