    Guardianship Bonding?

I have been told that what I need is to be bonded to be appointed guardian by the court for a client. I assumed that what I needed was bonding insurance - am I wrong? Can you tell me a little more about what it is that your company does?

We are a bond agency. Essentially we pair up the principal (you) and the carrier (bonding company). Many carriers will not work with a principal directly, so you have to go through an appointed agency such as ours.

You can apply for a guardianship bond at: JW Surety Bonds - Court Bond Applications

    Ok now what?

Is there a bond that will cover me for all the appointments as a whole (like insurance), or do I need to be bonded for each appointment?
