Default Hawaii and Guam?
Are you lition compancensed to do issue construction bonds in Hawaii and Guam? We are a fairly new construction co. based in Hawaii. Thanks.

I'm not sure what "lition compancensed" is... but unfortunately we are not able to do any contract bonding outside of the contiguous United States.
