    House Forclosure

I am getting into the house forcloser buisness, a little of what I do is light renovations to sell the house off again. I have been talking to some people and they said I may need a Contractor License Bond to make any repairs for sale. Have you heard of this before?

Your best bet is to check the local and/or state requirements to operate this particular business.

You may be looking for some type of fidelity bond. Often times contractors obtain fidelity bonds if they are going into homes and doing remodeling or renovations. If the state does not require a bond, you may want to look into obtaining a fidelity bond.
