Default Original Bond

After I receive my original bond from you, where do I send it? Do I sign it and send it back to you?

If the bond requires your signature (like most do), you should sign it and make a copy for your files. The original should be sent to the State that is requiring the bond of you - usually along with your other licensing paperwork for the State. I would strongly recommend that you not mail the bond but send it by some shipping method that allows you to track it to be sure it was received.

The original bond should be sent to the state, you may keep the copies of that bond.
