Proof of Paid Collections?

I was recently approved online for a Contractor License Bond through the high risk program. If I can prove that my collections are paid off, can you approve me in the standard program?

It's possible. Please submit proof of paid collections to your agent and I'm sure they'll be happy to see if your quote can be revised.
