Does each state that offers a CMS Bond have different Bond amount requirements?

Default CMS Bond Amounts
There has been considerable discussion on the OANDP-L listserv regarding the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) final rule requiring "certain suppliers of durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies" to post a $50,000 surety bond. Your best bet would be to contact the obligee.
