Default Power of Attorney

Is there a procedure manual for issuance of bid bonds that I can reference? I had a bid bond that was signed by an agent's staff person that signed it as an Attorney in Fact but they were not listed on the attached power of attorney from the bonding company. Would this bond be considered insufficient from a fair bidding standpoint?

Default Power of attorney

This is a pretty easy answer-

Only a person listed on the power of attorney is able to sign the bond.

I don't know if any circumstances that this would differ!
