Default Over $200K

What happens if the total bond line is a little bit over $200K? Can you still approve this through the Fast Track application? Or will I have to submit a full submission?

How much over $200K? If you're asking about $5K - $15K, it could probably still fall under Fast Track. If it's more than that, but under $350K, we may have another program that will work for you. It depends upon which state you are in. Please call our office to special with the bond specialist to determine how best we can help you.
